Voxporta Inc., in collaboration with designer Hakan Gürsu and the Designnobis team, has introduced LeapVox, a videophone that aims to revitalize the stationary phone as a multi-functional and stylish office equipment. Designed primarily for senior managers and top executives, LeapVox integrates voice and video communications into one sleek center, combining elegant design with cutting-edge technology.

The videophone is available in two models, featuring 8” and 10” touchscreen LCDs, respectively. This allows users to enjoy a seamless conferencing experience with high-quality visuals and intuitive controls. The touchscreen interface provides easy access to various communication features, including voice calls, video calls, email, web browsing, fax, and video conferencing. LeapVox truly brings together everyday communication needs in one sophisticated device.

The videophone is made using a combination of plastic injection molding and CNC machining techniques. The LeapVox project started in August 2014 in Ankara and was completed in 2015. Throughout the design process, extensive research was conducted to understand the communication needs of modern offices. Voxporta aimed to create a platform that brings together various communication channels, making everyday tasks more efficient and streamlined.

Developing LeapVox was not without its challenges. The Designnobis team overcame creative, technical, and research obstacles to create a videophone that seamlessly integrates voice and video communications. The result is a product that allows users to make video and phone calls with ease, enhancing productivity and collaboration in the workplace.

LeapVox has received recognition for its innovative design. It was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Digital and Electronic Device Design category in 2016.
